How does it light up?
The LED dots along the edge of the deck glow in red, blue, green, yellow and purple while they play. They look brightest in a dim room.
What age is it for?
Kids from about 5 years old. The deck holds up to 90 kg (198 lb), so big brothers and sisters can have a go too. As with any bouncing toy, younger kids should play with a grown-up nearby.
Is there a size to choose?
No — one size. It stands about 80 cm (31.5 in) to the handle, and the handle height adjusts.
Indoors or outdoors?
Both: wooden floors, tiles, a driveway or a patio. Smooth, dry ground works best — keep it away from gravel, sharp edges and stairs.
Does the ball lose air?
Like any bouncy ball it can soften over time. A hand pump comes in the box: top it up until the ball feels firm again.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days and usually arrive about 7 to 15 business days later, depending on where you live, with tracking. These are estimates — customs or holiday peaks can add a few days.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free on 2 or more jumpers. A single jumper ships for US$7.95.
Can I return it?
Yes: e-mail us at hello@orvel.online within 30 days of delivery and send the jumper back unused and complete, in its packaging, for a refund of its price. Details in our refund policy.
What is shipping protection?
An optional extra for 20,00 zł, added to your bag by default — you can switch it off there before checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged in transit, we send a new one or refund you.
